Hello everyone, I am newish here, I started to tinker around with the LSPDFR mod after I purchased the game. Honestly I love it, but I seem to have nothing but problem after problem. I’ve encountered MAJOR frame drops, I’ve seen the message “ LAPDFR.dll has crashed I’m not sure how many times. Cars I add don’t ever appear. Like I said, I love this mod, and this is my last resort before giving up on it completely and sadly walking away.

Please send your RPH log, if you don't know it will be a text file named "ragepluginhook.log" or just "ragepluginhook" in your main directory.
As for the cars you add, make sure you install replace vehicles into this path: update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday22ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf, preferably in your mods folder. Make sure you have Patchday23 completely vanilla, that will help prevent issues with it.
For the frame loss, I'm not completely sure with everything you've already said, someone else probably has a solution for that.

I do not have the main directory anymore because in a blind stupid fit of rage I had uninstalled the game completely... Also is it JUST patch day 23 the cars go into or is that the latest we have right now ? I do apologize, I am kind of fresh to this, but apart of doesn't want to let LSPDFR go. 

Vehicles should not be installed into patchday23 at all, that should be completely unmodified for assurance mods will run properly. All vehicle mods should be installed into patchday22, it is the latest working patchday.
You'll also want to make sure the ASI loader and OpenIV.asi are installed through OpenIV.
