When i launch settings rph crashes and then if i dont launch settings the game will just be on a non stop loading screen please help

Please send your RPH log, it will be named "ragepluginhook.log" or just "ragepluginhook", it is a text file in your main directory.

Set Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60000
Clear your commandline.txt and save it as an empty text file
If I'm understanding correctly the game crashes without RPH but has an infinite loading screen without it, if the game continues having issues after doing what I said above rename your mods folder _mods and see if it loads then.

How do i clear the command line.txt

Open it in a program such as notepad and remove all text inside it, save it after that but don't delete the file itself.

Still dont work

And the plugin time 60000 thing doesnt work

If you have a mods folder name it _mods, as I said above, if that isn't working verify your game files.

In the steam client right click the game on your game list and select "properties" at the bottom of the menu that pops up, you should see something like this:

Select the "local files" tab and then click the option labeled "verify integrity of game files"
