I just purchased GTA V today and played the prologue to get into free roam in the story mode. I watched a video on how to properly install LSPDFR. When opening the game through Rage Hook the game crashes before I load in. In videos I have watched there is a square box floating showing that it is loading in items. I am not seeing this box pop up when loading into the game. At the bottom right of the screen it is showing it is loading in story mode with Rage hook although. I am not sure what to do at this time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you confirm the game loads without RAGE?

Yes the game loads in without issue from steam directly.

Can you drag and drop the contents of the manual install in your directory and make sure you have this LSPDFR requirement installed:

My system told me I already have that installed in that version or newer. I am not sure what you are asking for though by dragging and dropping the contents of the manual install in my directory.

That is great if that is already installed! When I say drag and drop I mean highlight the contents of the folder and drag it into your main directory - I want to make sure LSPDFR has all the necessary files installed to run it.

I apologize I am still having a hard time understanding what you are meaning the manual install of LSPDFR and what you would like me to do. My LSPDFR folder in my GTA V folder will not drag and drop into the attachment area. 

Apologies for the confusion. Redownload LSPDFR choosing the manual install option. Then drag and drop the contents of that download into your main directory!

Can you confirm the game successfully hooks? And then it just crashes back to desktop?

What do you mean by successfully hooks?

As in the game starts to load with RAGE supposed to crashing without RAGE "connecting" with GTAV

The game loaded in just fine now. I will be attempting to start the LSPDFR now by going to a police station. Thank you for your tremendous help!
