The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So I've been having some trouble with GTA my mods are all fixed thanks to a Member of the community.. But for some reasons when I drive or get out of my car or just do random patrols some of the buildings turn into pixels or the streets.. Is there any fix let me know! Thanks

Hi there!

 

I assume you are referencing texture loss. Have a look at the FAQ's where it says:

 

We've noticed that some people are having issues with world textures disappearing when LSPDFR is loaded.  See below for a possible solution:

 

Set Main.PreloadAllModels to false in the lspdfr.ini file.
