Game Boots lspdfr crashes as you go on duty

Featured Replies

I have been having a problem we’re lspdfr is crashing. I think I know why. Back when I was adding vehicle packs I added a pack were it replaced mpchristmas2 or something like that and it worked. After that I started replacing other dlc packs that were the games with addon dlc.rpf. When I got to one of the last pack lspdfr was booting and everything was working I replaced mpluxe2. The game booted fine the first time but lspdfr would crash every time I went on duty. Any ideas I am lost on what to do. I guess I need to replace all the original dlcs that I had changed to the addons.

What do you mean replace the original DLCs? Do you mean you're removing them and putting others in their place? If thats what you mean, undo all your changes and install new DLC packs as addon. Also send your RagePluginHook.log please

Yes like the mpchristmas dlc.rpf I would replace it with a police vehicle pack it worked they showed up but I think it messed up my game.

On Steam you can do this:
Right click the game in the steam client, click the "properties" option, click the local files tab, select "verify the integrity of game file"
Then it should restore the correct files
On Epic Games you can do this:
Click the "..." option below the games box art, click verify
That will restore the original files
If you have it through Rockstar directly, I don't know, they may not even have that and you may have to do a full reinstall

Okay I will try this and update you... I have done that with the addon vehicle packs but every time I do it says invalid model it won’t spawn them... I will look more into this after I fix the main issue thanks for the help so far.

For this issue make sure you are putting a new line in your dlclist.xml for the game to register them as real

I have done everything like that but I heard people say make a file in the dlc pack list and then put the dlc.rpf in instead of just dragging and dropping the pack idk if this matters.

I'll give you most basic but descriptive instruction I can give to get a dlcpack to work properly, for this example I'll use the folder name "dlc_one"
Navigate to update/x64/dlcpacks, preferably in the mods folder (that would become mods/update/x64/dlcpacks), and drop the folder "dlc_one" into that directory
Now in OpenIV navigate to update/update.rpf/common/data (once again in the mods folder), there is a file named "dlclist.xml"
In edit mode you can right click it and select edit or you can drag it to your desktop to edit
once you have it open in a way you can edit it go to the bottom right before "</Paths>" and enter the following: "<Item>dlcpacks:/dlc_one/</Item>"
The direction of the slashes on either side of "dlc_one" should be the same and the "I" in "Item" should be in the same case
After that you can save the file, if you edited it on your desktop with notepad drag it back into openIV while in edit mode, this should replace the existing one with the modified one

To know the text you should enter in place of dlc_one it is always the name of the folder containing the dlc.rpf
And once again I encourage you to use the mods folder, it is much safer

Ok, ensure you did this then:
you added the line from the BlueGhost pack readme into your DLCList
You placed the "blueghostpack" folder in mods/update/x64/dlcppacks
You have the OpenIV ASI loader and OpenIV.asi installed
