The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

No I don't but I can drop that file in which should be easy and fast.

Just dropped in the native trainer in the main GTA V folder.

Yeah I have scripthook V installed also, how do you bring up the interaction menu in the story mode?

Okay so start the game, once I'm in the game then run LSPDFR?

I'm not sure what you meant but I did open RAGE and made sure no plugins loaded on startup. However, since I did that I'm not sure how to load LSPDFR since I'm already in the game.
