Yes it does. I tried it twice, aand even without the mods folder

    Yes, it doesnt open with mods and rage, ands when i try to launch it the stock version, same error

    But why is it happening to the stock version of GTA? I cant plya online or single player

    If I am understanding right, after you verified the games files it continued to crash, RPH running or not, and no scripts. Do you have a compatible gameconfig, packfile limit adjuster and heap limit adjuster installed?
