I'm quite new to modding GTA 5 and playing LSPDFR but I have got a few plugins working. 

 

The plugins I got working and I played with for a bit are: 

- CompuLite

- OP Immersive Dispatch

- PoliceSmartRadio

- UltimateBackup

- StopThePed

 

Now I wanted to install the BetterEMS plugin. Game loads normal and everything. As soon as I want to go on Duty it load for a second or so stuff starts to load then everything freezes and LSPDFR gets blocked "because it caused the game to freeze". 

 

I personally think it has to do with the PSR Setup window thing. That black box thing where you say which button should be shown when an so on. I have attached the RPH Log I hope some of you guys can help me.

set your PluginTimeoutThreshold in the RPH.ini to 60000 and go into your lspdfr.ini and set Main.PreloadAllModels to false.

I tried that. It did load just a bit further. The black setup box fpr PRS shows for a second or two and the everything crashes now. I have attached the new Log.

Immersive Dispatch is causing the issue.  A value in the pause menu settings is out of range (less than expected minimum).  I don't use Immersive Dispatch, so I don't know if this could be a setting you changed yourself, or if it's a bug in the code.  If the latter, then the plugin creator has to fix it and you should report it to them.

I did change something in there because of a keybind conflict and some other things. I used my working backup and as of now it'still working.
