The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Actually have no idea whats happening in this log file.

So this morning I'm deciding to play some LSPDFR and every time until today it has worked. I usually can figure out whats wrong by looking in the log file but this time I can't understand what it's saying.  So I completely uninstalled and reinstalled everything and I got the same error. Any suggestions?

    Surprised no one noticed but you are using Traffic Policer and PoliceSmartRadio. These are 2 out of date plugins and need to be removed as they cause game instability and random crashes like you have experienced.
