The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Remove all the Albo1125's plugins, EmergencyVehicleTheftCallouts and WhatWasYourNameAgain because they are obsolete. You can use Bejoijo's plugins to install instead of the Albo's plugins. I see that UnitedCallouts crash a lot. I recommend to remove it and paste your log to the plugins's comments, so the author can fix it.
