Hello, I got GTA 5 from Epic games in May and I've been playing LSPDFR for the last 2 weeks and I'm very excited about this mod. For the last couple days,I've been trying to custom my police vehicle by replacing or add-on but it doesn't show up in the game, just a normal/vanilla police car.  I watched many tutorial in youtube and follow every single step so many times  and did it again and again but the car just won't show in game.

I have everything installed and set up correctly like Open IV. ASI, the ASI Loader and the Free camera and the Edit Button is installed so I don't see which is the problem. 

I put the replace/add-on car in mods folder in the latest patchday (patchday22 or 23) and I also already editted the dlclist but still the car doesn't show up.  I tried by installing Modding pack by Albo but still doesnt show up. In the OPENIV menu, the .ytd, .ytf file shows that the replace car already installed but when I got into the game, it doesn't. 

For add-on cars, I tried to spawn them by pressing F4 and put "Spawn (car name file)" but the car name doesn't show up and I dont know why.

 

Does anyone can help me??  I think I put everything in place but nothing seems work for me

Are you doing all of the following:
leave patchday23ng completely unmodified
doing all edits in your mods folder
running a custom gameconfig
Installing provided vehicles.meta, carvariations and carcols (if provided)
and adding the lines in dlclist exactly as follows <Item>dlcpacks:/DLC FOLDER NAME/</Item> (directions of the slashes outside the item tag does not matter)

yes I did,  I followed all the instruction but it still it doesnt show up
