Yea basically I start my game it crashed right away I know the thing causing it just not sure where to start deleting and where to stop

I can't offer much assistance here. I would either try replacing a few lines which you think may be causing the issue from another vehicle's handling line so you can find which one is the problem. If not, the best thing to do would be to replace it with a backup and try again...

i dont have a backup

Well as a last resort I would take one from the vanilla files but this will mean all your changes will be lost. That's based on the fact you used a mods folder right?

I had this issue before and as Charlie said I had to replace it back to the original, if you need to change it for a vehicle I opened with notepad and done the changes manually 

Everybody I fixed the issue I deleted my mods folder and re installed fixed easily I am not smart sorry.
