The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I recently found some better uniforms for lspdfr that don't require eup. I install it as oiv and don't know how to uninstall it.

 

Does anybody know how to completely uninstall it?

Go into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks and delete the folder named EUP. Then go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data and open dlclist.xml (either right click and select edit or drag to desktop) remove the line "<Item>dlcpacks:/EUP/</Item>" from it and save the file. If you exported it before editing make sure you drag it back into openiv.

I cant remove the  "<Item>dlcpacks:/EUP/</Item>"  can anybody help me? 


EDIT: Nevermind I got it fixed I double clicked on it instead of right clicking then editing sorry

 Enable Edit Mode Top of OPENIV

Right Click select "Edit"

Save File
