All Blue Museum for Non-ELS

Good evening all you cool cats and kittens. I was looking around for some good non-els "all blues/blue&white" packs and I did find a couple, but i'm fairly certatin there are more on here than I could find. I stumbled across this file, which is AMAZING. However, I run a fivem server and due to performance concerns, we use non-else vehicles. I was wondering if there was something simliar. an "Non-ELS All blue Museum" if you will. And if there isn't one already, I'd like to request one. 

IF anyone has any good-sized all-blue non-els packs that they recommend, I'd also be very interested in those, and would greatly appreciate you linking it in the comments 🙂
