Siren secondary missing?

Featured Replies

HI! I am using the defaul cars and sirens (I dont have ELS). When I hit the lights and siren, it used to be that when holding down the assigned keyboard button (after turning on the lights and siren) you could hear the secondary siren tone, useful  when clearing an intersection. There used to be two types of secondary types of sirens. After a recent LSPDFR update (August?) I can only hear one type, which is the more rapid pulsing one, the high-low sounding one no longer comes up. Does anyone else have this issue, or any ideas? I really should learn the names of these siren types 🌝

Thanks

After the latest update I also could only get the phaser (the one you are talking about) and the yelp (the one you can't get) wouldn't come on, I however use DLS which I recently used to retire ELS as it also has a siren controller which was my main issue, the default sirens have a lack of control. I would recommend either using DLS because it doesn't actually require a config for your vehicles if you don't want stages and you can remap it to use different keys for a more familiar setup.
