Sorry I don’t know where to post this. 
 

Will this PC run LSPDFR on medium-high?

 

Intel score i7 950 quad core 

3.06 GHz (can be up to 3.33)

Hard drive capacity 1 TB

16 GB ram
memory 16 GB

HDD storage 

GPU I can get GTX 750 or 7770 or 950

Windows 10 pro 64 bit

No, graphics cards have too small and slow memory capacity to play a game like GTA and with the addition of lspdfr which uses a lot of resources. The latter is already a little better but you will play lspdfr even with heavy drops in fps. (I have a gtx 1050 ti 4gb and when i play lspdfr sometimes i also go to 18 fps, so i suggest you also get on a gtx 1660 / gtx 1660 ti
