GTAV crashes.

Featured Replies

My GTAV crashes after the story mode loading icon on the lower right of the screen loads for a few seconds. I don't know what could be the cause. I do have LSPDFR installed but could it just be that I have to delete and reinstall the game? I was playing an hour or two ago and when I tried to play it again it didn't work.

Please provide your RPH log!

It's over 4MB thou. Would it be possible to email it to you. Also, the RPH lates RPH log was on the 1st of September. The GTAV crashing started on the 5th of september. From that point no new RPH logs were created

Your RPH log should just be a text document found in the main directory (not in any folders)

If you could double check that for me as it shouldn't be that big!

I may be wrong but just let me know :0

It was the ragepluginhook.log file! Everything seems to be okay in there. Just to confirm when you load rage while GTA loads does it say succesfully hooked game or something along those lines?

Also does it work when you boot it normally - without RAGE?

It says successfully hooked but then after a while the whole game just crashes. Without RAGE, it loads story mode for a few seconds then crashes

I see. That means this isn't to do with LSPDFR but the game files itself.

Have you done any editing any game files such as handling.meta or vehicles.meta?
