The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

The problem is RageNativeUI. Check you have the latest version of RageNative, it must be the 1.6.3 and so try to replace that file in the GTA 5 main folder. If the problem persist is better to wait a new update
