i installed a new replace car witch i have done before with no problems, but when i went to use ELS the lights stopped working and i don't know why

Which slot was this in? Please provide your ELS log found in your main directory? Also when you say they don't work did they work first and then stop after 10 or so minutes? And when they stop are they frozen with some off or all off?

when i said they were working i mean i have had them installed for days with know problems but when i changed one car with a new one they all broke 

I see. That is your ELS folder. The log is a text document in your main directory similar to an RPH log :0

Do they not show up at all? Are they just on and no flashing?

the siren woks but the lights don't flash

yeah but if i force the extra on with simple trainer they will light up so i know it not a visual problem 

I see have you tried taking out this vehicle that caused some issues?

removing the car that caused the problem did nothing 

Okay. Can I suggest you remove all vehicles then add them one by one. If it doesn't work from the beginning let me know!
