LSPDFR takes to long to load

Hello,

 

Edit if I load the plugin and then type gotopd it will load everything up like normal.

 

When I try to load up LSPDFR it will load up the content pretty fast and then it will not load up the ped and LSPDFR at times. Sometimes I came get it to work by cleaning the world and by restart with logs, sometimes unloading the plugin and then cleaning the world and reloading the LSPDFR plugin will work too.  My Ragepluginhook is down below.
