Game crashes when going ''on duty''

Hello, 
after new update I'm unable to play LSPDFR. When I try to go on duty game freezes and error message pop up saying ''err_str_failure_3''. Can somebody help me with that? RPH log is below

Many plugins are obsolete. Remove SecondCallout, CalloutManager, Callout, K9 Partner, MiscCallouts, PoliceSmartRadio, RegularCallouts (it is removed in the last few days so now it could works fine, but if it gives you problem remove it), Traffic Policer

 

Update Chill Callouts to 1.0.8.5, CompuLite to 1.4.9.9, Ridiculous Callouts to 5.3.0, StopThePed to 4.9.2.7, UltimateBackup to 1.8.3.1, UnitedCallouts to 1.5.6.9.

 

After for the ''err_str_failure_3'' (that is an error of the game)try to restart GTA 5 (without Rage) and with administrator privileges
