Hello!! I am new to LSPDFR and have a few questions.

 

Although I have watched several YT videos I still am unsure as to how to change textures for cars or the correct cars to use to be able to change textures as well as how to install "add-on" cars within OpenIV. I can get the basic "Police.ytf & police2.ytf etc.. " I just dont know how to add slots or anything. Thanks in advance for help!

I think you can do a search on YouTube for DLC Addon pack by Benzo Effect.  He does great tutorials that are pretty fast and accurate.    As far as changing textures, you will need to get to the DLC pack in question through your dlcpacks folder.  You can watch the video below to see pathway.  You are looking for YTD type files through Open IV.  I think he has a tutorial on skin replacement too if that helps on his channel.
