Pour faire simple je ne comprend pas pourquoi mon els affiche comme de la merde comme ça... Sa fait 2 heure j'essai de le regler mais je trouve pas !! aidez moi svp.

Here are some suggestions:

Install a visual.dat file with brighter lights (found in most els vehicle downloads)

Turn Post FX, Shadows and Shader Quality to High 

Install a visual enhancement mod such as Radiance V or make visuals great again.

Thank you for having replied to my post but as you suggested to me I tried to find the "visual.dat" file but I cannot find a file with this name in the files of my personalized vehicle and I have RadianceV already installed ... I just don't understand

I see. Well just to confirm Post FX, shader quality and shadow quality are on high? - this can cause a significant change and is a common error. A visual settings.dat file is found in this vehicle download so you just take it from there:

It still does not work... But I have an unmodified police vehicle and its lights work its just on unmodified vehicles that it does not work
