The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hi, i downloaded this lspd pack with the .oiv thing. But now the sirens aren't working.

Can someone help me please?

ELS Vehicles can sometimes be difficult to install, and unfortunately, there is nothing specific I can do to help you, as they all have different pathway possibilities they are supposed to be installed to. It is very important to read the “readme” file inside the package, as that will tell you exactly what to do.

It sounds like you might have an issue with your ELS .vcf files, so I’d double check the readme for specific instructions on how to install those.

It should also be known that you do have to install the Emergency Lighting System script for these to work.
