I have been looking for a Non-ELS boat/boat skin for an MP RP server for the Blaine County Sheriff's Office and any form if Dive Rescue equipment.  What I have found thus far has been only ELS and/or SP.  The Dive Rescue for EUP is only SP from what I understand.

    Just download the Coastal Callouts pack and all the boats are Non els & you can change the skins to anything other then Coast Guard!!! What kind of skin you looking for? I do make skins myself!
