I am new in LSPDFR, and I just got most of the important mods here. But after I downloaded ELS, SmartRadio, Arrest Manage, EUP Menu, Traffic Policer and a uniform addon, GTA V starts infinity loading and it still can't get a fix. Do anything I get wronged? Forgive me, I don't know how to read the logs.

Set your timeout threesold to 60000 (ms)

Remove all your plugins and test them one by one. Check if the newly added plugins caused the problem, I am using mods you are using too

Fixed, thank you! But now I have two more problems(Actually I think not that 'less'). I have downloaded the Computer+ system and when I successfully go in the system, there is like a 'invisible wall' to block my mouse and once I quit the system, the game/everything stop. 
And I must F4-> ReloadAllPlungins to work again. This is the screenshot.
Also, I have replaced some police car's .ytf, .ytd file to ticklemyelmo's LSPDFR pack by using OpenIV. For now, every car in LS don't have the engine, door and even tire sound, what problem is it?

I see, can you screenshot your cars?? Or even record a video if possible.

 

I had the problem with computer+ previously, nowadays more people are using Computer LIte rather than that

is that an addon pack or replace. Please add the link to the pack

Did you install any sirens

Whole game is muted means? Cars passing by do not have any sound. No peds talking on the phone.

i have installed the ELS .

You can refer as no any vehicles sound. Even motor, door, tire and horn...(Like you are driving a Tesla but there are no any sounds...)

 I was using vocal dispatch, but the accent for us is a problem. Most likely not recognised by the system
