Custom Engine Sounds?

Hey guys, is there any way to import custom engine sounds into GTA, and if so, how would I do it? Let's say I have a CVPI sound recorded, how could I put that into GTA for the standard default sound. Thanks!

V_STYLE_3 is the existing files in resident.rpf, i think it is, however, it's just easier to change the sounds in the vehicles.ide, that way, no crashes.
