No Everett police (Washington st) or Albuquerque police (New Mexico) lore

Hello everyone. Been spending the past couple days browsing through all the different car models and stuff since I'm getting my first gaming/streaming PC next week. One thing I noticed is the two departments I thought would have had lore packs didn't. Being the Everett police in Washington state and the Albuquerque police in New Mexico. In fact as for the Everett police, I only saw one vehicle model and it was a 2011 explorer I think. So for those of you who make vehicle models, any chance someone could make those two departments that are lore friendly? If not that's ok I'll use other departments it's just I really wanted those two being I'm from one and have family who worked for the other and wanted to patrol in those vehicles on LSPDFR when I got my PC.
