Hello, I am getting problem of GTA IV EFLC CRASH that the game(tlad or tbogt) after completing 1st mission and reloading the game cause a crash with no errors.

I.e. LOADING-TBOGT-I LUV LC and game crashed to desktop with no errors.

On windows 10 pro 64-bit

 

But it was running fine on windows 7 32bit with 30-40fps 20 capped on cities with wantedlevel.

 

GTA IV is working but EFLC not.
