The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

My LSPDFR always crashed while RAGE is loading it. It said "Blocking Plugins! WARNING! Plugin "LSPD First Response" was terminated because it caused the game to freeze".

I installed: ELS, SHV, ELS Brighter Light, Increase Environmental Lighting, EUP Law & Order, SHVDotNet, LUA Plugin for SHV

     You need to update your Ragepluginhook. You are running version 1.74 the latest is 1.78

     

    Also, set your PTT to 60000. This can be done by going into the Rage settings
