The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Disable your ambient events that come from lspdfr, you can disable it from the lspdfr.ini file (it is into the lspdfr folder)

    Could it have something to do with EUP?

    If you look at one of the rage plugin hook lines (attached) it says LSPDFR+ is not compatible I know the other mods say that but LSPDFR+ isn't usually one of them (If updated) however the other mods should work as they work for me So if you try to update LSPFR or LSPDFR+ it might work. OR if that doesn't work try taking out all the mods and putting them in one by one to see which one could be the problem, Hope this helps!     This mean only that lspdfr is not updated for the latest lspdfr version and it can be contain errors in the code, however that's not what causes the problem
