Custom Folder in LSPDFR>Data

Featured Replies

So I have researched and read just about any forum I can find that that has any bit of information about the "custom" folder found in LSPDFR>Data. While taking advantage of  EUP Config. I have also made some edits to fit my preferences. These edits would include the regions.xml and backup.xml. After editing I started up LSPDFR as one normally would and instead of loading in to my character I just sit on a black screen with the spinning loading indicator. Not the one that says "loading lspdfr" but just a blank loading screen. Now, I may be impatient but I have let it sit and try to load but nothing loads. After a self check the only conclusion I can come to is that my regions.xml is wrong. (fore warning I am very new to this kinda stuff so I could be making a simple mistake) So my question is can a "zone" be in multiple "regions" or can it (the zone) only be in one"region"? And correct me if I am wrong but if I want an agency to ambiently spawn in a "region" don't you have to put the desired agency in the desired region under "local patrol"  in the backup.xml?  I am trying again by editing the files and testing one at a time until further solutions come my way. Thank you for your time and help.
