Hello, I have an issue loading plugins . I can launch the game and when i get to the police station i go to the on duty thing and it loads plugins when im in character creation , one the plugins kick on it freezes for a second then im stuck looking at the character and have no other options no menus nothing and i cant get out of it without shutting the game down. Any suggestions?

    I think i might have solved the issue , as soon as i loaded in game, i opened up the command prompt and typed "force duty" and i didnt crash this time and everything seems to be working.
