The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I'm trying to edit the .ini files but it wont work.

I'm currently trying to wrap my head around a problem i've recently noticed, I'm not sure if it's just me or is anyone else not able to save edits on the (lspdfr.ini) files. If so please help me. If you need more detail on the matter, I will be happy to provide the detail

Can you please provide more detail, please? What do you want to do with the lspdfr.ni file?

I just figured out that I needed to install open IV so I can edit the files. Sorry for the extremely late response.
