I have created a new skin for my own , but I do not know why , but my police car become like this ... Anyone having this issue before ? And how do you solve this ?

The skins that I created works one or two time , then subsequently it can't work in game anymore ..

I have downloaded many mods , is this what causing this issue ?

Please include a picture of what the skin is supposed to look like. OpenIV sometimes distorts the 3D preview and as a result the skin may look bad but in game it works. Likewise, if you are using the wrong slot in the .ytd file included with the car, adverse results can occur.
