The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Please rename "ragepluginhook.exe " to RAGEPluginHook.exe

Rename that file in RAGEPluginHook, you have to respect capital letters, in fact renaming a file at will as in your case can generate errors, like this one
