Noose truck spawning issues???

Hello there,

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this.

The problem is that in game when I want to jump into the big noose truck it doesn't have any wheels(for a start), and it just seems to slide around. Its even worse when I call for noose back up as when it spawns its stuck in its place and sometimes floats up into the air. Its really annoying as I can never get any noose back-up as the trucks are all stuck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. (If I need to post any files or reports please let me know)
