The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

High-beam when I turn the light on

Hi, 

I am using NON-ELS cars with sirenmastery and when I press the key "E" to turn the light on, on some cars the high-beam turn on and even if I change the light I have the choose of non light, high-beam or high-beam. 
My key to change the intensity of the light is "H". 
Can someone help me?
