1) Drag the oiv file onto your desktop

2) Open OpenIV

3) In the top left, next to favourites, there should be a button that says "Tools"

4) Click on "Tools" and then click package installer

5) Select the oiv file from your desktop

6) Click install to "mods" folder (if it doesn't say this you need to make a mods folder), then press install
