The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

ok so I just recently became aware of this and other law enforcement mods for gta5.  So I thought I would try it out. But through installing this and added on a vehicle pack and 3 other add-ons for the mod...I can't even get the game to launch keeps telling me it can't connect to services and I'm only trying to launch single player....anyone know by chance what I've done? Or willing to jump on a disc server with me and walk me through this, cause I did do a full Uninstall and reinstall over night and I'm ready to try again.
