No alerts showing up

None of the alerts are showing up. Like when i get a callout, the description box doesnt appear. When I use the radio to check a plate, I dont see the info pop up on the bottom left. I have phone alerts enabled and everything that I know in the settings is enabled. Even when I use the traffic stop menu, which is traffic policer, when i ask for the id it doesn't pop up the info on the bottom left. Nothing does.

    Make sure your phone alert notifications are on in the settings
