The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hi! Did you modify anything in your mods folder prior to the crash? Go ahead and rename your mods folder to _mods and then try launching.

    You can rename it back to mods now. But did you modify any game files before this happened?

    normally if i have nvidia overlay on i get that message  Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus.

    just saying if you have any type of overlay disable it. 😄

    the only overlay I have is the Steam Overlay
