I need help finding a gaming computer to run LSPDFR with mods

I heard LSPDFR needs a 1080 gtx ti and i7 or higher processer chip. I am completly new to computers and I do not know what any of this means. I don't know what is a good computer and what's not. Can someone please suggest a good computer? Thanks!

    Hey brother, idk who told u that coz i run LSPDFR at around 30-60 FPS with a very low end MX250 and i5. I suggest u build ur own pc with an i5 or i7 processor, graphics card its ur wish but it should be a good one. And RAM should be above 8, mine is 8 but go for above 8Gb of ram maybe 16gb.
