Broken Fire Truck Horn on ELS MainHorn

Hello. I started trying to use the "VEHICLES_HORNS_FIRETRUCK_WARNING" mainhorn for ELS. Because now I can use an nypd manual siren on generic bullhorn. It works fine but there's something wrong with the firetruck horn and I can't find it. It has to be a solid tone but it is a rapid fire tone and I'm not sure what is wrong with it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks :))
