The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Can anyuone help when i load up lspd mod it says in bottom left lspd first response has crashed how can i fix this?

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process

Try to restart your pc and disable your antivirus. (You can make an exception of the game)
