It always showing that LSPDFR is loading in the game

 I am having a game loading issue not sure weather its GTAV or LSPDFR. If anyone can take a look at the RPH crash report attached, and help me

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

 

Try to restart your pc and disable your antivirus, if you have one. (You can make an exception of the game from the antivirus)
