The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hey! 

 

So I've never been able to use ELS for some reason. My PC is good enough, and by watching 1000 tutorials, im pretty sure i'm doing it right! Well, something has to be wrong!

 

Last time I tried was couple of hours ago, and this time you can atleast see some of the blue lights! The lights close to the brake lights work fine, but the blue you see on the pictures are still..

 

Any ideas?
