The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Put different parameters of lspdfr. ini on 0, where it is necessary, downloaded the fix of problems by albo tried even to change the settings of the GTA graphics, remove traffic, reduced the load of video memory to 2/6 GB. I Suffer with this problem for a month probably. On forums are silent, do not help. They don't even require logs.
