Games still crashing a lot. I have run gta V on its own, I have taken plugins out, I have run as admin, I have raised the plugin threshold thing and still crashing.

Respectfully, I disagree - he says it's a crash to desktop. If that was causing the issue, then he wouldn't be able to play for a further 15 mins after that alien callouts error was thrown. 

 

In addition, it looks like the error was handled, there's no exception or Rage/LSPDFR crash in that.

 

@Karl97 I'd suggest removing all of your plugins from your Plugins > LSPDFR folder, and then re-adding and testing one by one. It's also worth noting that a lot of those plugins have not been updated in a while, such as LSPDFR+ and ArrestManager - please check the LSPDFR version compatibility on the download pages. There's better alternatives out there which should undoubtedly improve your overall LSPDFR experience while remaining more up to date.

If that fails too, rename your mods folder to _mods. If it works from that, it means something in your mods folder is causing that error, such as a vehicle meta file.

 

You could also try doing a reinstall of LSPDFR and then the latest Rage from their website.

Some notable plugins are Interaction+ and plugins by BejoIjo (StopThePed, UltimateBackup etc).

Out of the two, I'd personally recommend BejoIjo's set of plugins - they're frequently updated and offer a lot of functionality. To my knowledge (I don't play as much as I used to, but still do occasionally), BejoIjo's plugins are the most updated ones out there right now. Alternatively, Interaction+ is a decent choice too, though it's no longer updated as far as I know. Link:
