Okay, so whats happening is that the game crashes while loading when I have internet access. This only happens sometimes, but it is annoying.

 

Whenever I turn it on with steam in offline/disconnect form my router, the game always loads, but some of the important mods don't load. I get a pop-up saying that the mod/plugin could not be verified as safe, and that the cause of the mod/plugin being disabled is my anti-virus or firewall.

 

Is there any way to fix this?

add to you antivirus as an exception or contact provider of your antivirus or just turn it off when you decide to play GTA 5

I've already tried that. It doesn't want to work.

 

Also, the game constantly crashes during LSPDFR loading, where I get a notification that LSPDFR has been terminated because it caused the game to crash. This only happens when I turn LSPDFR while connected to wifi, and turning off wifi causes the plugins to be turned off due to them not being verified as safe.

looks like more problem of your antivirus that LSPDFR but anyway to help you verify that I would still need to see your game crash report and picture of your game folder to verify all files and see if there might be some problems
